We are an small organization; we simply don’t have the resources to promptly and thoughtfully respond to many unsolicited applications; we want to discourage nonprofits from wasting their precious resources in preparing and sending materials that do not meet our funding criteria.
However, we are open to new or innovative opportunities; organizations may use the very short form below to contact us and we will respond as promptly as possible with an expression of our interest. We will either: invite a formal submission, request more information, or indicate the application does not meet our criteria.
The Foundation will not make the following types of grants:
- Grants to individuals for any purpose
- Grants for political purposes
- Grants for lobbying activities
Criteria: In general, our new grants focus on the San Francisco Bay Area. If your organization is not serving this geographic area, please indicate why our foundation would be an appropriate partner.
